Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Simply review our Website Plans above and then click on the appropriate “Sign Up Now” button to complete and submit the registration form. A dedicated Account Manager will call you shortly after you register to get you started. You will also receive an email order confirmation. If not, check your “Spam” folder.
Q: WHERE CAN I READ THE SERVICE TERMS?
After you click the appropriate “Sign Up Now” button, you can view our full Service Terms and print them out. Our Service Terms will also be readily available in your Ticket System Support Administration.
Q: ARE THERE ANY SET UP COSTS?
Unlike most web providers, we don’t charge any exorbitant Set Up Costs. All you pay is a First and Last Month payment on the 15th day of the first month. And then you pay your ongoing monthly fee, each month thereafter.
Q: HOW LONG DO I PAY THE MONTHLY FEE?
Instead of charging Thousands of Dollars up-front, we stretch out your website cost over a 36 month period. This covers the cost of designing, building and marketing your website, along with website hosting, email accounts and Free ongoing website updates.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SERVICE TERM ENDS?
At the end of your 36 Month Service Term, you qualify for a Free website makeover at no additional cost. You just keep paying the same monthly fee for an additional 36 months. OR, you can keep the same website as is, and we will lower your monthly fee by up to 30%. Otherwise you have the option to move your website to another web host after 36 months.
Q: CAN I CANCEL IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, you may cancel at any time up until we actually build your website. But once your website has been built, there is a 12 month minimum commitment, since we don’t charge Thousands of Dollars up-front.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY SITE?
As long as you are prompt about responding to your dedicated Account Manager’s phone calls and emails, it takes approximately 5-7 days to design the website and then approximately 10-12 days to build it.
Q: WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE WEBSITE DESIGN?
No problem! We provide unlimited revisions and will keep tweaking the website design until you are 100% satisfied with it. However, you must be completely certain, since we cannot completely rebuild the website after you approve the final design, except for minor graphical, color or photo changes.
Q: WILL YOU UPDATE MY WEBSITE CONTENT FOR ME?
Certainly! Our Custom Website Plans allow you to submit ongoing updates via our Ticket System anytime. For more complicated updates, you can reach out to your dedicated Account Manager by phone or email anytime.
Q: IS MARKETING INCLUDED WITH MY WEBSITE?
Definitely! All of our Custom Website Plans include Free standard SEO (Search Engine Optimization). From On-Page SEO, Content Writing, Anchor Linking, Meta-Tags, H-Tags to Fast Load Times for Desktop and Mobile compatibility. We also provide Free Print Literature design services.
Q: WHAT PRINT LITERATURE INCLUDED WITH MY WEBSITE?
Our Custom Website Plans include Free Print Literature design services, from Business Cards, Postcards, Trifold Brochures to Folder Jackets that match the look and feel of your website. We provide you the high resolution files that you give to your printer.
Q: WILL MY WEBSITE WORK ON MOBILE DEVICES?
Of course! We optimize your website to be compatible with all web browsers, from Desktops, Tablets to Mobile Phones.
