Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Simply review our Website Plans above and then click on the appropriate "Sign Up Now" button to complete and submit the registration form. A dedicated Account Manager will call you shortly after you register to get you started. You will also receive an email order confirmation. If not, check your “Spam” folder.
Q: WHERE CAN I READ THE SERVICE TERMS?
After you click the appropriate "Sign Up Now" button, you can view our full Service Terms and print them out. Our Service Terms will also be readily available in your Ticket System Support Administration.
Q: WHY ARE THERE SET UP COSTS?
Our e-Commerce Website Plans have an initial Set-Up Fee since there is a huge amount of work involved in developing an e-Commerce Website, unlike a standard, static website. From Shopping Cart, Admin Database and Merchant Account integration, to Order Confirmation, Shipping and Sales Tax integration.
Q: WHY DO I ALSO PAY A MONTHLY FEE?
The initial Set-Up Fee covers the cost of designing, building and marketing your website. However, your e-Commerce Website will require ongoing updates and maintenance, along with website hosting and email accounts, which is covered by the ongoing monthly fee.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SERVICE TERM ENDS?
At the end of your 36 Month Service Term, you qualify for a Free website makeover at no additional cost. You just keep paying the same monthly fee for an additional 36 months. OR, you can keep the same website as is, and we will lower your monthly fee by up to 20%. Otherwise you have the option to move your website to another web host after 36 months.
Q: CAN I CANCEL IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, you may cancel at any time up until we actually build your website. But once your website has been built, there are no refunds available due to the huge amount of work that goes into building an e-Commerce Website.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY SITE?
As long as you are prompt about responding to your dedicated Account Manager’s phone calls and emails, it takes approximately 5-7 days to design the website and then approximately 45-60 days to build it.
Q: WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
You will need to set up a Merchant Bank Account either with Paypal or IPayment and provide us Admin Access so we may integrate it with your Shopping Cart and Payment Processor.
Q: WILL YOU UPDATE MY WEBSITE CONTENT FOR ME?
Certainly! Our e-Commerce Website Plans allow you to submit ongoing Website updates via our Ticket System anytime.
Q: CAN I UPDATE MY SHOPPING CART PRODUCTS?
For sure! All Shopping Cart products updates would be managed by you via a back end Content Management System.
Q: IS MARKETING INCLUDED WITH MY WEBSITE?
